Flat pricing, never a percentage
Live mode (real USDC on Base) opens on 13 October 2026. Until then, everything runs in Test mode for free.
What a live deal costs
- MyPact
- $9 per live agreement, or Pro at $29/month for unlimited. Never a percentage: the payee receives the full amount held.
- Network fees
- A few cents per step on Base (create, deposit, approve, refund), paid in ETH from your own wallet to the network — not to MyPact. Free test ETH in Test mode.
- Paying by card
- Coinbase converts card or bank payments to USDC and shows its own fee before you confirm. If your wallet has no ETH, the card flow adds about $2 of ETH once; it stays in your wallet for later steps.
- Limit
- Each escrow holds up to $5,000 while MyPact is new.
Example: a $5,000 deal costs $9 (nothing extra on Pro), plus a few cents of network fees.

Common questions
- Do I need a credit card to start?
- No. The Free plan is free forever in test mode. You only need a card when you upgrade to Pro or Team for live agreements with real money.
- Are there network fees on top of the subscription?
- Yes — each action (create, deposit, approve) costs a small network fee, usually a few cents on Base. This fee goes directly to the network, not to MyPact, and is paid from your account.
- What happens to my agreements if I downgrade?
- All agreements remain on-chain permanently — they can’t be deleted or changed. You can still view and share sign links. Creating new agreements will be limited to the Free tier quota.
- Is there a per-agreement option?
- Yes — the Pay-as-you-go plan lets you pay $9 for a single agreement with no subscription. It includes Live mode with real money and up to 2 milestones for that agreement. If you find yourself using it regularly, upgrading to Pro at $29/mo is an easy call.
- Can I pay with crypto?
- Yes — you can pay with USDC from your account on Base. Same prices as card. USDC subscriptions require manual renewal each billing period (we’ll remind you before expiry).
