Common questions
- Do I need a credit card to start?
- No. The Free plan is free forever on testnet. You only need a card when you upgrade to Pro or Team for mainnet access.
- Are there gas fees on top of the subscription?
- Yes — on-chain actions (create, sign, release) require gas paid by the user’s wallet. On Base mainnet, gas is typically a few cents per transaction. Gas sponsorship (zero-gas UX) is on our V2 roadmap.
- What happens to my agreements if I downgrade?
- All agreements remain on-chain permanently — the smart contract is immutable. You can still view and share sign links. Creating new agreements will be limited to the Free tier quota.
- Is there a per-agreement option?
- Not yet. If you only need one agreement, the Free tier covers up to 3/month. A pay-per-agreement option is planned for users who don’t need a subscription.
